Sharon Johnson, ACE-CPT, Owner
Sharon Johnson began her career as a fitness professional after spending the better part of her adult years bouncing from diet to diet and struggling with her own weight issues. After her second child was born in 1999, she decided it was time to seek a healthier lifestyle. Today she is 50 pounds lighter and her goal is to help others eat well, stay strong, and be happy. Through her own personal journey she has discovered a passion for health and fitness. This passion, coupled with her desire
to help others, led her to a career as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
Sharon holds a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M (class of ‘86) and a Personal Trainer Certification through The American Council on Exercise (ACE). In 2008, she was selected to join the Todd Durkin Platinum Mastermind Group, a group limited to the top 5% of entrepreneurs in the fitness industry. This allows Sharon to continue
honing her skills through leadership and mentoring programs. Johnson works to stay on the cutting edge of the health and fitness industries through participation in these professional associations and by actively pursuing continuing education.
